Meet Fayetteville AR Dentist Office Staff

Elise, Office Manager

Elise is originally from Little Rock, and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising/ Public Relations. When Dr. Keech started his practice in 2015, Elise worked in the front office for five years, until she stepped away to stay home with the kids and later worked as a preschool teacher. She’s happy to be back with the work family and patients, and also meeting new patients.

In her spare time, Elise enjoys spending time with Dr. Keech and their three daughters, volunteering at their school, watching Razorback basketball, crafting and gardening.


Skylar, Dental Hygienist

Skylar was born and raised here in Fayetteville. She attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway for 2 years then transferred to the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock where she received a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. She made her way back up to Northwest Arkansas where she now resides. 


She loves teaching her patients how to have a healthier smile and enjoys seeing patients come back with improvements. Skylar tries to make even the most apprehensive patient feel comfortable in her chair and she enjoys answering any questions that a patient might have about their oral health. 

Skylar has a daughter and two dogs. She loves to talk about them and has pictures on hand if you would like to see them. She loves to do anything outdoors and travel with her husband.


Hannah Hamill, Dental Hygienist

Hannah moved to Fayetteville from Grove, OK in 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Boise State and received her Dental Hygiene degree from Missouri Southern. 

Hannah loves writing historical fiction, cycling on the Greenway, and spending time at home with her two dogs, Hagrid and Fudge, and two cats named Fred and Dobby. She’s likely to tell wild and funny stories about her nieces and nephews, her cycling adventures or American history. 

Hannah is passionate about educating and empowering her patients to achieve healthy, happy smiles and loves creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for anxious patients. 


Carrie, Front Desk Coordinator

Carrie was born in San Diego, and at the age of 10 moved to Mountain Home, AR where she graduated from Mountain Home High School. She then went on to receive her license in Clinical Medical Assisting in San Juan Capistrano, California. Carrie returned back to Mountain Home to start a family and began working in an in-house dental assisting training position for a small practice. During this time, she received her Registered Dental Assisting license. In 2017, Carrie moved to NWA into a fixer-upper on Beaver Lake.


Carrie has been in the dental community for many years and has a passion for improving smiles and connecting with her patients. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family of boys. They are busy fishing, riding go-carts, swimming, bike riding, and playing with their family dog. On her own, Carrie loves yoga, renovating her home and watching documentaries.


Jess, Registered Dental Assistant


Jess is originally from Chicago but has been in NWA since the mid 90s. She graduated from Rogers High School and just recently finished her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University.

Jess worked for Dr. Keech previously and is very excited to be back working with patients and assisting Dr. Keech with all their dental care needs. She loves helping patients and being able to give them the smile that they want and deserve.

Her favorite thing is spending time outside with her two big dogs, Benson and Leroy. They all love going for hikes at Devils Den and exploring around the Buffalo River. She is very close with her family and prides herself in being the best aunt to her niece and two nephews. 


Nissa, Registered Dental Assistant

Nissa was born and raised in a small town of Minnesota and moved to Fayetteville in 2022. She loves NWA and all it has to offer. Nissa has been working on prerequisite courses for dental hygiene school. She started working at Greenway Dental Care in 2023 and is excited to continue to learn and gain experience in the dental field.

When Nissa is not working, you can find her playing hockey at the Jones Center, trying out a new recipe or spending time with her family.
